Our Engagement Process.

Our staffing engagement usually starts with customer sharing their requirements with us and telling us their needs of staffing. VERITECH appoints a staffing lead for each requirements who interacts with client point of contact. The staffing process goes through typical recruitment process like Screening, Shortlisting, Scheduling, Offering and Onboarding. Once the candidates are onboarded, candidates complete the joining formality with VERITECH and also fulfills joining formality at client place. At a periodic pace as determined by client POC along with Staffing lead, the review of ongoing relationship is established along with escalation matrix. Most of the VERITECH STAFF is in touch through email, phone and occasional visits by VERITECH POC. Towards the end of engagement, client may want to hire VERITECH STAFF or they may want to roll over to next term, depending on Client needs, VERITECH takes necessary actions to support and fulfill Client requirements

STAFFING @ CLIENT PREMISES

Since most of our customers are working on confidentials projects with confidentiality agreements they need staff on premises, while this is so, client staffing needs keep fluctuating and this is where VERITECH Services comes into picture which ensures that client confidentiality is maintained and also staffing needs are met.

STAFF @ OUR PREMISES

In some cases, Client signs up confidentiality agreements and we set up a dedicated teams for our customers at VERITECH Site. We dedicate certain office area for client and make sure that confidentiality is maintained. There is additional responsibility on VERITECH to ensure client is reported about work progress and this is done through assignment of a VERITECH POC who not only ensure requisite staffing levels but also ensures work progress is communicated to client at regular intervals also through Face 2 Face meetings

There are situation wherein client would like to hire the staff from us directly on one time basis as there is no scope for short term hiring, In such case, due to expertise that VERITECH has acquired, VERITECH lends support to fulfill this requirement
